This is a group for anyone interested in Being Healthy, Active and Positive! We get a charge out of empowering others around us to stretch themselves and push to new levels of achievement. All levels of fitness are welcome. We love to get together and do boot camp style workouts, with a fun twist. Dodgeball, hiking, vollyball, etc...
