Safety
Safety
- Head shots do not count (see Rules)
- We use foam balls, not rubber, welt-inducing balls
- Stretch beforehand, warm up that shoulder, and try to not throw out your arm
- All ages (adults), men, and women are welcome, as long as you're ok with someone whipping balls at you
- Games can be competitive, but should be friendly
