About Twin Cities Pickup Dodgeball

What

• Dodgeball!
  
• Pretty much like you probably played in grade school as a kid
  
• Basically, throw balls at people, try to catch or dodge balls thrown at you (see Gameplay and Rules)
  
• Pick-up games, play for fun
  
• The games are (usually) fairly "short and sweet" and teams are randomly shuffled a few times per session.
  

Where

• MLK has staff and equipment, so we won't be dependent on someone hauling equipment to every game
  
• Because it's indoors on a reserved court, we won't have to worry about weather cancellations or field conflicts
  

When

• There will be regularly scheduled games on Wednesday evenings and Saturday late mornings / early afternoons (exact time(s) to be determined)
  
• Check the site calendar for details
  

Who

• Any adult, man or woman, who is ok with someone whipping balls at them (balls are soft, see Safety)
  

Why

• Nostalgia -- It's fun pretending to be a kid
  
• You get to take out aggression and throw things at people without legal repurcussion
  
• Great workout
  
• It's just a fun game
